UCF Parental Leave Policy offers employees up to 6 months leave for the Birth, Adoption, or Foster Care Placement of a Child. This seminar is for UCF Staff who are adding (or planning to add) a new child to their family as well as those who support or lead staff members who may use Parental Leave. Spouses are always welcome with the UCF employee. Questions for in-unit faculty may be addressed individually with a HR Leave Specialist by telephone or in a personal meeting.
