What can Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Spatial Strategies do for communities? Come Learn through a seminar with Dr. Rina Ghose.

You are invited to attend a presentation by Dr. Ghose on her work of how open GIS and web 2.0 is being used to assist and build urban community gardens as well as, the community information systems. Dr. Ghose will also be speaking about the discourse of state and civil society relations and governance through inquiries into urban agriculture practices. Light refreshments served at seminar.
