UCF is pleased to provide Workday Assistant User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all employees! It will be available from July 24 through August 11. Workday Assistant is a conversational chatbot that helps workers quickly complete actions and find information in Workday. It is available on desktop computers and in the Workday mobile application. To use this feature, workers simply enter a phrase or choose from the provided options to request a response on any topic to assist them in Workday.
All UAT participants will receive credit on their Workday learning transcript.
