Do you teach an amazing course? Do you wish that your students could receive recognition for the extra work they put into this course? Do your students:
- research problems without known solutions?
- or spend at least 15 hours doing service work to address a real community need?
- or explore real-world and career applications for their skills?
- or consider how their actions and systems affect both local and international communities?
Then consider submitting your course for a High-Impact Practice designation! There are four designations: Global Learning, Integrative Learning Experience, Research-Intensive, and Service Learning. Before the deadline to submit on Sept. 15, the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Office of Experiential Learning will host two workshops to discuss the designation process.
