This program is for parents of children with autism and other social communication delays under age 5 who are nonverbal or have verbal language up to the simple sentence level. Families must be registered with UCF CARD. It is a 12-week training program to include a pre-program consultation, 8 virtual classroom sessions, and 3 individualized in-person (or virtual if requested) home visits. The program will not meet the week of March 17th.
WHEN: Thursdays from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m., beginning with Mandatory Orientation on January 11, 2024.
A lottery will take place at the end of the Orientation if there are more interested participants than openings.
