Help the Residence Hall Association (RHA) erase the stigma of talking about mental health via fun, hands-on activities in partnership with our Area Councils and other organizations and services on campus. Attendees will be able to enjoy free Smoothie King smoothies (while supplies lasts) while going booth to booth to learn about taking care of yourself with hands-on make-and-take activities and games. Once attendees cycle through all the available tables, they will be entered into a raffle! This event is open to all UCF students. Questions?
