Fostering Young Learners’ Academic Conversations

In this webinar, Dr. Pilonieta will engage participants in how teachers can build young learners’ text-based academic conversations. Academic conversations are intentional, focused on school-related topics, and sustained over multiple turns. Research illustrates text-based academic conversations support comprehension and student engagement. In this webinar, Dr. Pilonieta will offer practical ideas you can implement in their classroom to build your students’ academic conversation skills.
