Mathematics and Applications Seminar by Dr. Yukun Li

Friday, April 5, 2024 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The UCF Mathematics and Applications Seminar, which takes place every Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in MSB 318 provides a venue for researchers to present their current work, foster new collaborations, and showcase both foundational mathematics and its applications to graduate and undergraduate students.

Dr. Yukun Li will be speaking at this seminar about Financial Mathematics: From Theory to Applications.

Abstract: In this talk, I will give several examples discussing the relations between financial theory and their applications. The talk and all research on this topic are only theoretical explorations of (stochastic) ordinary/partial differential equations in financial applications and not for any profit purpose. Graduate students are also welcome to join the discussion.
