MIND & BODY WELLNESS: YOGA & MEDITATION

Wednesday, July 31, 2024 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.

PRIME STEM scholars will learn meditation tools/exercises to deal with stress, improve focus, gain motivation and receive an energy boost in a healthy way. Student will also learn breathing and physiological techniques to assist with mindfulness towards a better life outlook as well as incorporate academic skills to prepare for finals and the end of the semester. Scholars will also participate in a group yoga activity.
