Make the most of your mentoring experiences. This session will instruct participants about how to distinguish the difference between advising and mentoring and develop strategies to build rapport with various mentors and mentees. Learn about a variety of mentoring styles as well as how to define goals, manage boundaries, and set expectations in a variety of personal and professional interactions. By the end of this session, you will be empowered to create thriving mentoring relationships while gaining practical tools to implement immediately.
