The third annual “Be My Neighbor Day” returns to Winter Park later this month, bringing with it fun and educational activities for the whole family presented by WUCF TV and the Winter Park History Museum.

Join us Saturday, Feb. 25 in Winter Park’s Central Park from noon to 3 p.m. WUCF will host family-friendly activities themed around being a good neighbor. The Winter Park History Museum will provide educational panels on the life and legacy of the late Fred Rogers. Guests will also have an opportunity to meet Daniel Tiger, star of the PBS KIDS program, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood.  The event is free.

Mayor Steve Leary will help open the event by dedicating Feb. 25th as Be My Neighbor Day in Winter Park with an official proclamation from the city. New this year will be performances by Mr. Richard (Richard Peeles) and Youth Yoga with Ms. Kelsey (Kelsey Evans) along with engaging new activities and photo opportunities.
