Safe Knight Yoga Under the Stars

Wednesday, March 8, 2017 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Experience all that yoga has to offer under the night sky. Strengthen, stretch, align the body and increase flexibility using continuous flowing movements. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental, and emotional stress, and seeks to bring out the best in you. Please bring your Student ID and a water bottle. It is also highly recommend that you bring your own mat or towel. There is no sign up for this event.
