Join the University Writing Center for an Open Mic event with a Stories Among the Stars theme March 5 at 6:30 p.m! Come read and hear original writing, including poetry, fiction, nonfiction, or an excerpt from one of your academic texts — all five minutes or less. Don’t have anything to read? Join us anyway to support UCF writers!
Attendees are encouraged to dress up in forest-themed costumes, but you are welcome to come as you are. Please remember this is an on-campus event, so only wear outfits that will be appropriate for a general audience.
The event is located in Trevor Colbourn Hall Room 109 on the UCF main campus, and is open to all UCF student writers. We recommend students park in Parking Garage I, as it is nearest to the event.
