UCF Parental Leave Policy offers employees up to 6 months leave for the Birth, Adoption, or Foster Care Placement of a Child. This seminar is for staff who are adding (or planning to add ) a new child to their family, as well as those who support or lead staff members who may use Parental Leave. Spouses are always welcome with the UCF employee.
