If you don't know how to play chess and would like to learn in a friendly environment with other beginners, then this event is for you!
Join our low-pressure beginner's workshop to guide students through the basic rules of chess and play with other people who are learning the game.
This isn't a deep dive into strategy or anything intense; it's just a guide on what each of the 6 pieces on the board can do, and how to play a basic game for the very first time.
Drop in at your leisure anytime between 2 pm and 4 pm on Thursday, November 13th!
Location: Your Downtown Campus Library, located in DPAC 265.
