In the UCF Higher Education Coaching Academy 40-hour Coach Practitioner training program participants learn the fundamental understanding of basic coaching techniques and skills, and how to apply these coaching skills to work with students. Coach Practitioners will understand the philosophies, ethics, and processes of student coaching, and the impact that coaching can have on students’ success.
Staff/personnel who want to utilize coaching methodology in their work with students. This coaching training course is intended for higher education staff and professionals only; anyone who registers for this course will be expected to work within, and be familiar with, higher education students, processes, and standards.
