Register for this trip in the UCF RWC app or through the UCF RWC Membership Portal website. All trips are now first-come, first-served. All trips will open 2 weeks before the first day of the trip. If the trip is full, you can register for the waitlist using the link above.

Pre-Trip Date & Time: Thursday, February 19 at 6:30 PM

Trip Description: Experience the Winter Park Chain of Lakes from a whole new perspective — on a stand-up paddleboard! We’ll cruise through calm water, glide beneath historic canals, and take in views of lakeside gardens, wildlife, and beautiful waterfront homes. This relaxed paddle is the perfect way to enjoy golden hour light and the charm of Winter Park’s waterways.

Tentative Itinerary (time and activities are subject to change):

• 8:00 AM – Meet at Outdoor Adventure Center and travel to Dinky Dock in Winter Park
• 9:00 AM – Unload and prep kayaks
• 10:00 AM-2:00 PM – Paddle the Winter Park Chain of Lakes
• 2:00 – Travel back to UCF
• 3:00 – Arrive at the Outdoor Adventure Center and debrief

What’s Included: All of our adventures include all necessary gear for the activity (including SUPs, paddles, and PFDs), transportation to/from the activity, and professional guidance by OA Trip Leaders. All staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED, and most are certified Wilderness First Responders.

What’s Not Included: Participants should wear athletic clothing, appropriate footwear, and bring personal dinner/water/snacks. Meals are not provided. A full packing list will be provided at the Pre-Trip Meeting.
