Discover the magic of Risograph printing at UCF!
Join us for a hands-on, three-hour workshop at the School of Visual Arts & Design (SVAD), where you’ll learn how to design, layer, and print your very own Riso creation. Perfect for artists, designers, and print lovers of all experience levels.

What Is a Risograph?

A Risograph is a digital duplicator that produces prints with vibrant colors and textures similar to screen printing. Loved by designers and artists worldwide, it blends the charm of analog printing with the efficiency of digital workflows—perfect for zines, posters, and experimental art prints.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn the basics of Risograph printing and how it differs from traditional and digital methods
  • Explore color layering, transparency, and texture through guided exercises
  • Prepare your own digital files for Riso output
  • Create and print your own one-of-a-kind design
  • Leave with your completed original 11x15 inch Risograph print to take home!

All materials are provided, including:

  • Riso ink and paper
  • Digital templates and printing tools
  • Color reference charts and layering examples

Optional: Bring a digital file or design idea (USB drive or cloud link) if you’d like to work from your own concept.
