UCF AIM High

Tuesday, February 3, 2026 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

AIM High recognizes UCF faculty who have made efforts to reduce the cost of course materials for students in their classes.

Three awards will be given to individuals and departments. Faculty will also have the chance to learn more about ways the university is collaborating to reduce and/or remove cost barriers to academic content.

During this event, attendees will also:

  • learn more about First Day, Library-sourced materials, open education materials, and Affordability Counts.
  • hear from fellow faculty members about how they reduce course material costs.
  • hear opening remarks from Provost John Buckwalter, Ph.D.
