In a world of rapid change and uncertainty, students need more than technical skills — they need the courage and clarity that come from leading authentically. Join us for this workshop with special guest speaker Diali Coll-Mercado, where students will explore how authentic leadership, a framework grounded in self-awareness, balanced decision-making, relational transparency, and a values-driven core, can serve as a pathway to student success and well-being. This event is open to all members of the UCF community and is featured as part of Leadership Week 2026.
Since 2000, Leadership Week has been an annual initiative and one of UCF’s signature traditions. Coordinated by the Leadership Week Executive Board and LEAD Scholars Academy, the program is designed to encourage, inspire, and prepare students for every stage of their leadership journey.
