This is a beginner-friendly event designed to help students build confidence in professional conversations and make meaningful connections. Attendees will learn practical tips for introducing themselves, starting conversations, and networking with purpose. This event is open to all members of the UCF community and is featured as part of Leadership Week 2026.
Since 2000, Leadership Week has been an annual initiative and one of UCF’s signature traditions. Coordinated by the Leadership Week Executive Board and LEAD Scholars Academy, the program is designed to encourage, inspire, and prepare students for every stage of their leadership journey.
