Custom AI tools used to need a software team. Now researchers and student assistants can describe what they want in plain language and have an AI coding assistant build it with them. This hands-on workshop shows you how to turn an idea into a working AI app on AWS, even if you've never written code.
You'll learn a practical, AI-guided approach to building software and use it to create apps powered by the latest foundation models. You'll start with a simple chatbot and work up to a team of AI agents that cooperate on tasks like searching the web and gathering sources. Along the way, you'll see how to get those apps running in the cloud, keep them secure, and watch how they're performing.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand how AI-driven development works, from idea through deployment
- Set up an AI coding assistant that writes, explains, and fixes code with you
- Build AI apps on top of today's leading foundation models
- Create AI agents that use tools and work together to finish multi-step tasks
- Deploy your apps to the cloud and keep them secure and monitored
