The “Straight Talk” series provides full time faculty seeking promotion at all ranks (assistant professor, associate professor, instructor/lecturer, librarians/instructional designers) a forum for candid and open discussions with university leaders about preparing for and navigating the promotion (and in some cases tenure) process.
Specific sessions focus on the topics of gauging your readiness to apply, developing an effective dossier, and intentionally managing the process.
