Half Marathon Training Course

Monday, September 9, 2013 7 a.m. to Friday, December 6
This 12-week program is designed to gradually build up the participant’s cardiovascular endurance in preparation for the OUC Half-Marathon on Saturday, December 7th. This program is open to beginner and advanced runners – all skill levels are welcomed! Groups will meet three days per week to run pre-determined courses throughout the UCF community. The program training is free. Students are only responsible for paying the registration fee on race day.
