The Rosen College of Hospitality Management is offering beer and wine classes benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank, a partner charity of the Heart of Florida United Way, as part of UCF’s Live United Campaign. This event will support the university’s goal of raising $150,000 this October – You can help just by having fun at this event while learning from beer and wine experts!
All classes will be taught in our state-of-the-art Anheuser-Busch Beer and Wine Lab at the Rosen College Campus. Each class has 50 available seats and tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the ticket purchase will be a donation to the Heart of Florida United Way.

He has completed the Beer Judge Certification Program and is a nationally ranked Beer Judge. He is the founder of the Professional Beer School and is an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management. He is a member of the American Homebrewers Association, Florida Brewers Guild and the Central Florida Home Brewers. He’s an award-winning brewer and competes in several brewing competitions each year.
