Triathlon Training Program - Starts Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Runs for 12 weeks.

This program is designed for those who are interested in completing their first triathlon, or for those new to triathlon training who would like some extra guidance. RWC Staff will provide a 12 week program to prepare participants to compete in the "Cocoa Beach Triathlon" on Sunday, April 13th. Participants will be given a week by week training outline, that will be completed on an individual basis. Weekly meetings and group workouts will be facilitated by RWC Fitness staff. Presentation topics will include pertinent information to successfully train for and complete a triathlon. The Cocoa Beach Triathlon inlcudes a 1/4 mile swim, 12.5 mile bike, and 3.1 mile run.
