If you are an F1 student and plan to travel outside the United States during the Holidays, you must have a valid travel signature on your Form I-20 from an immigration adviser in order to return to the U.S. You also need a valid passport and valid visa to re-enter the United States when you return.
Each travel signature is valid for one year; however, if you are an F-1 student on OPT, your travel signature is valid for only six months.
To help international students travel and successfully re-enter the U.S., your immigration advisors will be hosting a travel signature event on Thursday, Nov 2.
When: Thursday, November 2, 11:30am – 1:30pm and 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Where: UCF Global Building, Room 101
What to bring: Your passport and most recent Form I-20
No need to RSVP for the event. Simply show up with your passport and most recent Form I-20.
