The UCF Japanese program presents a Japanese film with English subtitles: A Tale of Samurai Cooking.
Set within the Kaga Domain of the Edo Period, an excellent cook marries the heir to a renowned cooking family. However, her husband is a terrible chef. With the help of her new mother-inlaw, she begins to teach him the way of the culinary arts.
