Have you always wanted to compete in a Triathlon, but don’t know where to start? RWC Fitness has you covered! Triathlon Training is a 10 week program designed to prepare you for a sprint triathlon. Participants will be guided through a training program that prepares them to complete the requirements of a sprint triathlon - Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 12.5 miles, Run 3.1 miles. Training will be guided through regular meetings and emails. Training will be a fusion of informational training sessions as well as workouts guided by certified Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors. The training will lead up to the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Triathlon on April 8, 2018. There is a bike requirement for the race, but not the training.

We will meet January 30th - April 6th Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00AM.
