CDEP: The UCF Hiring Process: Nuts & Bolts
Goals for the session: In this session, an overview of the UCF hiring process will be provided. This will cover the process from advertising to hiring, including resources available and new initiatives from Human Resources and the Office of Institutional Equity, to assist search committees and hiring officials. This session also will provide information regarding Human Resources’ new talent acquisition system and approvals needed during the search process from the Office of Institutional Equity.
