Participants MUST first complete the LGBTQ+ 101 Level 1 Workshop as a pre-requisite. (Including those who were certified as an "Ally" before 2013.) Participants will receive the new designation of "Safe Zone Advocate" and a placard upon completion of this training. For quality assurance and to make sure that all advocates are fully voluntary, this workshop will NOT count as an elective foer the SDES Diversity Certificate Series.
