Women are taking over the weight floor! Come join RWC’s experienced female fitness staff for a 3-week program aimed at teaching you all about resistance training. This program is designed to introduce our lady Knights on resistance training equipment, resistance training exercise techniques, and most of all to build confidence on the weight floor. The program will meet each Tues & Thurs at 7am. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes long. Make sure to bring your student ID and water.
