Running Knights Training Program

Monday, September 15, 2014 7 a.m. to Friday, December 5
This 12-week program is designed to gradually build up the participant’s cardiovascular endurance in preparation for the OUC Half-Marathon on Saturday, December 6th. This program is open to beginner and advanced runners – all skill levels are welcomed! Groups will meet three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) to run pre-determined courses throughout the UCF community. In addition, we are adding a 5 week program that will prepare those for the U Can Finish 5 & 2 Miler on October 19th around UCF’s Campus. Both programs are free. Students are only responsible for paying the registration fee for the race day.
