“Recalculating…Navigating the UCF Experience”
With a new chief diversity officer and directive, the UCF Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is in the process of evaluating services and facilitating campus-wide communication, collaboration and engagement on diversity topics and creation of a more inclusive culture. This session will include a discussion of the new direction for ODI, including an opportunity for your input on the most-needed strategies and priorities for improving women’s experience at UCF. The session will also include a dialogue about work life balance challenges and potential actions we can take to improve the quality of our professional and personal experiences.
