Hosted by the UCF Arboretum, join us for lunch and a cooking class as we share a delicious and healthy culinary journey to the Caribbean. Eat what you cook, and take leftovers for later. You can come early to harvest ingredients straight from the community garden. You’ll meet other faculty and learn how to fit healthy foods into your busy lifestyle.

Arboretum Harvest: 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Cooking Class: 12 to 1 p.m.
