  This program, modeled after NBC’s Biggest Loser, is designed to give participants the motivation, encouragement, skills, and information necessary to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Participants must first submit a written application, and based on the information provided, RWC Staff will select individuals to participate in a week-long tryout period. • FREE flu shots for students - A flu shot is the best way to protect yourself from the flu (Recurring Event)

  Feb. 7, 2014 at 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  Health Center & Pharmacy: 2nd Floor Conference Room

  Come to the Health Center, third floor for your free flu shot (while supplies last). Must bring student ID, must not currently be sick. Closed for lunch from 12-1 pm. For additional flu shot clinic hours, please see www.hs.ucf.edu.

• Belay Certification Class (Recurring Event)

  This two hour belay class is free to all UCF students! To register, come to the Climbing Tower located in the RWC and sign up at the front desk. Please arrive at all classes 15 minutes early wearing athletic attire.
