Gain Grad Skills: Practicing Relaxation

Wednesday, October 23, 2019 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

How do you integrate wellness into daily life? In this workshop, Co-Sponsored by Wellness and Health Promotion Services (WHPS) and Academic Advancement Programs (AAP), Pam Mills (LMHC, BCB) will lead students through a relaxation skills training to integrate into your daily routine. Using these skills each day helps you prepare to cope with the stress from applying to and attending graduate school.

Attend this workshop to gain new skills for graduate school preparation: practicing relaxation techniques.
