Project Harmony offers couples the opportunity to spend quality time together, while enhancing their ability to resolve conflicts, improve communication skills and manage stress, all at NO COST. The program also includes a workshop that can assist with financial goals, as well as help explore strengths and experiences to create a more fulfilling career path.
Funding for this project is provided through a grant from the Administration for Children and Families at the Department of Health and Human Services. All are eligible, regardless of race, gender, age, disability or religion. Project Harmony is a UCF research study under the direction of Dr. Sejal Barden, Principal Investigator and Dr. Dalena Dillman Taylor, Co-Principal Investigator.
