Going home for the summer can be a stressful time in the Trans community. Perhaps you have been able to be more of yourself at school, and have to navigate more challenging dynamics at home, and/or have to deal with re-opening old emotional wounds. Learn helpful tips and skills for managing this potentially stressful time, geared toward the Trans community.
CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up, and space is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis to currently enrolled students.
