This intense workshop is designed to explore ways of providing ethical and accountable supervision in the clinical setting. The seminar introduces and examines how people learn to maximize their educational experience. Adult learning principles and specific techniques will be applied to increase supervisory understanding, support, education and evaluation of supervisees. In addition, this workshop will provide tips for evidence-based practice, supervision documentation and accountability, vicarious liability, electronic communications and managing ethical situations while utilizing strengths-oriented empowering strategies.
