CANCELED: Government Contract Compliance: Does Your Company Comply?

Thursday, April 9, 2020 10 a.m. to noon
This event has been canceled. Call or email the event's contact listed below for more information.

Ed Kinberg of Stewart Law, will provide an in-depth review of many of the aspects of government contracting compliance – proposal compliance, accounting system compliance, procurement systems compliance, cybersecurity security, and other compliance issues. The federal government has had over 230 years to figure out how to buy goods and services from your business and they capture the many requirements in an alphabet soup of regulations FAR, FASA, DCAA, DBA, ITAR, ASPR, NST… and many more… and of course we can’t forget the “Purveyor of Public Affairs Act of 1795”. If you want to compete in the government marketplace you need to understand and embrace ‘compliance’.
