This webinar will examine a case study within the University of South Florida’s College of Behavioral and Community Sciences (BCS) exploring this college’s transition from a paper-based, prescriptive advising model to a technology-mediated proactive advising model, resulting in improved graduation metrics. Participants will start the process of institutional self-evaluation to conceptualize technology-mediated advising reform while discussing lessons learned during this implementation.
