Course description (1.5 Contact Hours): Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity: Enhancing Organizational Culture focuses on enhancing overall organizational culture by elevating efforts around diversity, inclusion, and equity. The discussion will include:
• Review of and reflection on current successes in the participants’ organizations
• Understanding the relationship between recruitment and retention and diversity, inclusion and equity
• Broadening the definition of Diversity
• Defining Inclusion and Equity
• Accessing roadblocks to full inclusion
