Preparing for Graduation: How to Tell Your Story

Learn how to bring together your professional, academic, extracurricular and life experiences to develop a compelling narrative for presenting yourself on paper, electronically and in person.

This workshop will focus on three steps in developing your story:

  • identifying desired professional competencies
  • engaging students in reflecting on their lives and developing their story
  • summarizing your story in an elevator speech
