The RWC’s annual F45 Tournament is a 1-day special event where students put their fitness to the test! Teams of 2 will compete to challenge their strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. Teams will compete using 10 different stations and receive a score based off the reps they complete. After the final class, the overall team winner will be announced!
