Understanding Power & Privilege, as facilitated by UCF’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion, introduces the constructs of power, privilege, oppression, internalized oppression, and intersectionality and explores their implications for the individual and society. As certain topics in this course are more extensively discussed in the ABCs of Diversity and the multi-part Diversity Certificate Series, participating in one of these workshops is required prior to enrolling in this Webcourse.
