The multilingual team leading UCF’s Dual Language STEPS program will present a family and community engagement initiative, the Bilingual Village, which is a physical and virtual network of schools and community partners that enables language learners to practice speaking their new language. Attendees will learn the research underpinning program elements and will be given access to resources for implementing their own Bilingual Village in their communities.
