This virtual session will cover the use of Alerts and Cases in myKnight STAR. Cases create a "call to action" in allowing users to request specific outreach/support on behalf of a student. Cases are then reviewed by specific partners to assist the student.
After a guided presentation and demonstration, the Advisor Training and Development Team will lead Q&A.
Audience: myKnight STAR users with Cases access. (All Advisor and Coach roles, Admin and Managers, Resource and Support, and Cases role)
