Dr. Kristina Zeiser, principal researcher at the American Institutes of Research (AIR), will present findings from the longitudinal Study of Deeper Learning: Opportunities and Outcomes, highlighting how schoolwide approaches to deeper learning can shift students’ experiences in high school and improve student outcomes. Drawing on information collected from teachers at schools that participated in the study, she will share strategies educators used to improve students’ interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and enhance their interest and engagement in learning.
