To teach students strategies to manage stress, WHPS will provide 3 activities simultaneously. Journal to self-discovery allows students to be present and mindful with a self-guided activity by providing art materials and supplies for their use. Participants will be encouraged to write an anonymous encouraging letter as a part of the “More Love Letters” initiative. The mobile relaxation station, a stationery chair and IPad that illustrates breathing exercises and trains the user to relax, will also be available for students to experience.
